You will play a key role in deploying the supplier quality strategy, fostering a culture of quality, and ensuring robust systems, tools, and capabilities are in place to meet and exceed customer expectations. Your focus will be on ensuring supplier performance through prevention, continuous improvement, effective root cause analysis, and sustainable problem resolution. You will collaborate closely with procurement, engineering, and other relevant functions to ensure suppliers meet quality requirements and to support world‑class operational performance. Familiarity with international quality standards is essential to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the supply base. /ph3Role /h3pIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: /pulliPromoting and sharing the use of ABB Quality Wins preferred techniques for continuous improvement to Suppliers. /liliPromoting and planning technical audits to Suppliers. /liliMonitoring the Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



and proactively managing team to promote actions to limit the impact on quality. /liliPlanning supplier validation and qualification audits and sub‑tier suppliers based on Quality Wins and Continuous improvements methodologies and ABB procedures. /liliPlanning process audits on Supplier New Product introduction (NPI). /liliDeveloping and maintaining the IQMS Integrated Quality Management System. /li /ulh3Qualifications For The Role /h3ulliMaster's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or similar). /liliYou have at least 2 years of experience in similar role in technical context. /liliKnowledge of plastic and metallic parts manufacturing process and validation. /liliKnowledge of quality control processes Statistical Analysis and "Quality Wins" methodologies. /liliCommitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects. /liliKnowledge of certification (ISO9001 / ISO-TS). /liliYou're at ease communicating in Italian and English /liliPositive thinking, proactivity, team working and empathy are considered as assets. /li /ulh3Compensation Package /h3pAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position: /ppApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico /ppMinimum annual salary: € 39.000 /ppVariable Pay:
