/p h3What you will do: /h3 pAs Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for all activities related to: /p ulliDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating domestic and international commercial contracts; /liliLegal support for corporate functions and bidding procedures; /liliAssistance with extraordinary transactions, MA, and due diligence; /liliManagement of disputes, claims,



and potential litigation; /liliAssessment of legal and contractual risks; /liliCoordination of law firms and external consultants; /liliImprovement and digitization of legal processes.
/li /ul h3Who you are: /h3 pMaster's degree in Law with: /p ulliAt least 3 years of experience at law firms or in corporate legal departments; /liliExperience in commercial contracts, preferably in the technology, energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors; /liliKnowledge of commercial and corporate law; /liliExperience in MA, due diligence, and, preferably, public contracts and tenders; /liliAdmission to the bar is considered a plus; /liliExcellent command of English.
