/p h3WHAT WE LOOK FOR /h3 pWe are looking for a Bid Contract Specialist to join our Commercial Department on a full-time basis.
/p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 ul liIdentify, monitor and assess new tender opportunities and business prospects aligned with the Company's growth strategy.
/li liLead and coordinate the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity assessment through proposal submission, working closely with technical teams and key stakeholders.
/li liPrepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals, ensuring competitiveness, accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
/li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and prime contractors throughout the bidding, negotiation, and contract award process.
/li liCoordinate contracts overseeing the successful execution of activities and ensuring fulfillment of contractual commitments.
/li liSupport Business Development initiatives by identifying and developing new opportunities with existing and prospective customers.




/li liEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, customer requirements, applicable regulations and internal company procedures.
/li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in bEngineering, Business Administration /bor a related field.
/li liMinimum b5 years of professional experience /bin Bid Management, Business Development, Account Management or related commercial roles; /li liProven experience in managing complex bids and proposals; /li liPrevious experience in the bSpace industry /b(preferred) /li liStrong understanding of procurement processes, tenders and contract management; /li liExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills; /li liFluent English, both written and spoken – minimum B2+ level /li /ul h3OUR OFFER /h3 ul liCompetitive compensation package with a total annual remuneration in the range of €50,000–€60,000, plus a performance-based premio; /li liThe opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of innovative Space programmes and strategic business initiatives; /li liExposure to high-profile national and international customers, partners, and Space projects; /li liA dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
