/p h3Main Duties /h3 ul liUndertake transport model development and application using various software packages which enables the simulation and analysis of the urban and inter-urban transport network / system and its interactions with economic, social, environmental, and land-use factors; /li liImplement territorial multimodal macrosimulation models,



as well as both vehicular and pedestrian microsimulations and static road network assessment tools; /li liDevelop transport planning research projects with specific focus on transport modelling, traffic assessment, ITS, freight and sustainability issues; /li liExtract data from transport models, analyse and produce technical reports; /li liSupport the liaison with Clients and coordinate technical details with other project consultants.
/li /ul h3Job position education /h3 pUniversity Degree in Transport Engineering or equivalent.
/p h3Job position experience /h3 p1-2 years of professional experience in Transport Modelling and Transport Planning.
/p h3Job position skills /h3 pEssential qualifications and experience: /p ul liProven ability to support the development, calibration and validation of transport models; /li liExperience in technical report production.
/li liExcellent communication skills and interface with clients.
/li /ul pDesirable qualifications and experience: /p ul liExperience in using CUBE/VISUM, PTV VISSIM, AIMSUN; /li liGIS experience.
