PROFILE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES The intern will support the Retail Buying & Merchandising team in managing activities related to the Menswear collection, contributing to the achievement of the company’s sales targets. In particular, the intern will: - Support merchandising activities, including order distribution and restock
- Assist with market analysis and contribute to strategies aimed at increasing sell-out
- Collaborate in collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative feedback to support product development aligned with market needs
- Support the preparation of seasonal sales reporting and analysis to optimize collection positioning
- Enter and update orders in the company management system
- Participate in the buying campaign,



supporting the team in qualitative and quantitative product selection for assigned categories, according to company guidelines and timelines QUALIFICATIONS
- Recently graduated (preferably in Economics, Business or related fields)
- Fluent in Italian and English (a third language will be considered a plus)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and commercial sensitivity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Passion for Luxury and Made in Italy excellence
