/p /brh3Accountabilities /h3 /brul /brliEnsure the issuance of an estimate of total external costs for highly complex tenders.
/li /brliPlan and forecast external costs (materials, services, packages, subcontractors) during the project execution phase in collaboration with the cost control office.
/li /brliProvide all supply chain inputs necessary to define and issue the integrated project plan.
/li /brliIssue and distribute planning and logistics documents (Logistics Plan, MPS, Inventory Report, etc.) to project teams.
/li /brliCoordinate all planning and logistics activities between legal entities involved in the project to ensure delivery of project materials (including spare parts and repair of failed materials) in line with project requirements.
/li /brliManage production launch activities (transfer orders, purchase orders, advance demand, etc.) in line with project planning.
/li /brliIssue purchase requests for all materials, external services, packages, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
/li /brliEnsure issuance of supplier logistics and supply planning documentation in line with contractual requirements (Performance Guarantee, Transport Plan, Procurement Plan, Manufacturing Plan, etc.).




/li /brliMonitor and report supplier performance (including logistics suppliers) in terms of production, FAT, delivery times, shipping, warehouse management, and compliance with contractual requirements.
/li /brliIdentify and implement mitigation actions in case of risks or misalignments with supplier performance (e.g. delays in FAT or deliveries).
