The role offers the opportunity to work within a structured multinational organization, supporting quarterly and annual IFRS reporting activities and contributing to the preparation of consolidated financial statements for multiple domestic and international entities.br/ /ph3Descrizione /h3ulliCoordinate and manage the Group consolidation process across Italian and foreign subsidiaries.
/liliSupport quarterly and annual closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting deadlines.
/liliPrepare, review, and monitor consolidation entries and adjustments.
/liliManage and maintain consolidation reporting packages through dedicated consolidation systems.
/liliPrepare the Consolidated Cash Flow Statement and related financial disclosures.
/liliProvide accounting support for extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganizations, and MA activities.
/liliLiaise with external auditors, advisors, and finance teams across the Group.
/liliEnsure compliance with IFRS accounting standards and internal reporting requirements.
/liliContribute to the continuous improvement of consolidation processes and reporting procedures.




/li /ulh3Profilo del Candidato /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
/lili5+ years of experience in Group Consolidation, Financial Reporting, External Audit, or Corporate Accounting.
/liliPrevious experience within multinational listed companies or top-tier audit and advisory firms.
/liliStrong knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting standards.
/liliProven ability to manage complex reporting activities under tight deadlines.
/liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external auditors.
/liliStrong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
/liliAdvanced proficiency with consolidation and financial reporting systems; experience with Tagetik is considered a strong advantage.
/liliFluent English, both written and spoken, used regularly in a professional environment.
