/ppFor our Helicopters Division we are looking for a Project Management Specialist.
/ppMain task is to be fully accountable of Program execution, namely: /pulliMonitor and control the Program activities from Contract signature till helicopter Delivery, using proper KPI (EBIT, PL, CPI, SPI).
/liliEnsure Program execution using EVM techniques, in compliance with the Program Contract Baseline (cost, schedule and performance) as updated by Contract Amendements.
/liliManage Customer requirements during Program execution, through the process of Baseline Change, keeping cost, schedule and performance under control.
/liliMonitor and control the testing, certification and Delivery activities on Helicopters.
/liliEnsure integration among internal Functions (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Training, Procurement, Finance) and external stakeholders (Customer, Contractual Manager) to achieve the Program objectives.
/liliProvide periodic reporting to upper Management (e.g. Delivery meetings,



Project Management Reviews and Business Reviews), as accountable for Program Communication Plan.
/liliInitialize and manage the Program Risk Register.
/liliSupport Budget process, ensuring it is established in line with Program Baseline.
/liliPrepare and maintain the Product Roadmap, consistent with the Product strategy and market needs.br/Requirementsbr/Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering).
/li /ulpGood knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken).
br/Knowledge and/or experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
/ppStrong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
/ppExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
