or a related field.- At least 8-10 years ofexperience in Human Resources roles within international organizations.- Proven experience as an HRBusiness Partner in complex and multicultural environments.- Strong knowledge of talentmanagement, organizational development, and employee relations.- Experience in HR analytics andKPI reporting.- Fluency in English ismandatory.- Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation package and organizational levelwill be defined according to experience.CCNL Metalmeccanico, liv.
