Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is seeking a F&B; Service Expert / Chef de Rang reporting to the F&B; Outlets Manager.
The role covers all duties related to F&B; service across our four outlets.
You will take orders, make menu recommendations, ensure authentic, efficient service, set up outlets, restock inventory, and follow SOPs and brand guidelines.
Italian and English skills are required; the hotel offers world-class training and Marriott development opportunities.
