Your Responsibilities

Independent organization and management of the bistrot kitchen

Preparing and finishing all dishes on the bistrot menu

Mise-en-place and preparation for daily service

Ensuring consistently high quality in terms of taste, presentation, and preparation

Responsibility for the order, cleanliness, and organization of your own work area

Inventory control and timely coordination of supply needs

Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen

Working closely with the head chef as well as the service and bar teams
