Position:
Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:
Athens, Greece – Onsite
Schedule:
5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:
€1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance premio upto15% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)
Your Responsibilities
As an
Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
, you will:
Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
Assist customers with platform, product,



and service-related questions
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
Follow established quality and productivity standards
Help customers understand the platform and available features
What We're Looking For
English B2+
for training and internal communication
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and empathetic approach
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
