Within the Avionic Systems Area, we are looking for a Test & Evaluation & Asset Management Planner for our Turin site.

The resource will be inserted into the Test & Evaluation and Asset Management unit and in particular in the Test Instrumentation / Data & Simulation Management discipline where they will have to be able to contribute to planning activities, cost management,



resources and integration of relevant systems for fighter aircraft, unmanned, trainers and airlifters.

Main activities:

- Manage the planning of project activities, coordinating activities, times, resources and development costs in collaboration with the Product Manager.
- Monitor project progress, identify criticalities and risks, propose corrective actions.
- Interface with development teams and stakeholders to ensure milestones and project objectives are met.
- Manage reporting and planning documentation.

Education:

Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related disciplines.

Required experience level: Junior

TECHNICAL/IT SKILLS:

- Project planning and control
- Resource and budget management
- Risk analysis and problem solving
- Reporting and KPI management
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
- Use of planning and scheduling software

NICE TO HAVE:

- Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master)
- Experience in structured contexts and complex projects
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Redmine, Jira, Trello)
