You will coordinate the people, teams, system and dependencies required to make each tournament successful, while maintaining event readiness, managing operational risks and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the tournament lifecycle. /p pYou will act as the primary operational point of contact for your assigned tournaments, working closely with GRID teams including Tournament Services, League Operations, Tournament Production, Partnerships, Integrity, Support and Commercial, as well as publishers, esports teams,



partners and other tournament stakeholders. /p pThe role combines tournament operations, project coordination, stakeholder management and live event delivery. You will be expected to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, identify risks and blockers early, drive actions to completion and make sure every part of the tournament is ready for successful delivery. /p h3Job Requirements /h3 h3What you will do /h3 ul liBefore the tournament ul liOwn the end-to-end operational planning, coordination and delivery of assigned GRID tournaments. /li liCoordinate tournament formats, schedules, competitive structures, invitations, registrations and operational requirements. /li liEnsure delivery remains aligned with agreed timelines, scope, budgets and quality standards. /li liOwn event readiness from approved tournament design through transition into live operations. /li liValidate tournament systems, documentation, resources and operational requirements are complete before launch. /li liMaintain visibility of dependencies and escal blocks where appropriate, driving resolutions. /li liEnsure handovers into live operations are clear, complete and actionable. /li /ul /li liDuring the tournament ul liCoordinate tournament operations across the full tournament lifecycle, working with League Operations and other delivery teams. /li liAct as the primary operational point of contact for assigned tournaments. /li liEnsure formats, schedules, rules and operational processes are executed consistently against agreed standards. /li liSupport operational decisions and stakeholder communications during live events. /li /ul /li liAfter the tournament ul liMaintain tournament KPIs, trackers, dashboards and operational reporting.
