Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.We are looking for a PROJECT INSTALLATION MANAGERJOB SCOPE: Plan and manage all site operations in close cooperation with PM, Installation Engineering and Design activities, Procurement and Logistics, ensuring integration on field and installation of the complete System.He/she has end-to-end accountability at project level, from a QCD and performance points of view for his/her scope in compliance with Signalling and security strategy, policies, local regulations and standards.In compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, he/she is in charge of operational coordination of all project activities related to Site Works, including:Management and organization of site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access andtoolsDelivering and maintaining of plans, procedures, Work Method Statements for Installation and Test & Commissioning PlansManagement of Work Package assigned for Site OperationsManagement of Installation Works for all Sub-Systems and System equipment and related performance, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, technical interfacesManagement of Sub-contractors, including monitoring of quality and delivery through site visits,



inspections and assessmentsManagement of the interfaces with 3rd Parties such as facilities providers, Civil Work partners, etc…Coordination of Installation Engineering & Design for the complete System, based on all necessary inputs provided by the Sub-System EngineeringIndustrial, Procurement and Logistics activities:Coordination of the Procurement activities under the Sub-Systems responsibility andof the field & installation equipmentCoordination of the Logistic activities (incl. warehouse management)Deployment and application of Signalling Installation Process on SiteAssurance of continuous Installation performance improvement within the ProjectContribution to best practices definition and REX within the Product LineParticipation to Process / “Metier” improvement workgroup when requested, to propose update/improvement of the Installation and T&C way of working, process, tools and RefLibAssurance of EHS compliance (Zero deviation) through EHS plan, site inspections, people assessment etc…QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:Degree in EngineeringAt least 5 years of experience in field work execution in the railway sectorStrong understanding of interface processes between civil works and rail sub-systemsExperience in Environment, Health & Safety, knowledge of local legal requirementsExperience in management and evaluation of subcontractorsTeam spirit approach and good communication skillsPossess the agility to adapt to change in direction and priorities in a project and deadline-oriented environmentJOB LOCATION: We can hire in our Sites of Bologna, Florence, Rome or Bari.Mandatory requirement: availability to travel in Italy and work in field also 5 day per week.Salary range: 43.4 ; CCNL MetalmeccanicoYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
