This is an bindividual contributor role /b, ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in technical sales. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and develop existing customers in the Italian market, with a focus on Northern and Central Italy. /li liAcquire new customers and identify business opportunities. /li liTake ownership of the assigned sales territory, including sales targets, pipeline development, forecasting, and account planning. /li liProactively plan and conduct regular customer visits to develop existing accounts, understand customer needs, and identify new business opportunities. /li liAdvise customers on our technical products and applications. /li liCoordinate quotations, develop commercial proposals,



and conduct contract negotiations. /li liCollaborate with Application Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing. /li liUse CRM tools to manage customer accounts, opportunities, and sales activities. /li liMonitor market and competitor developments. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul lib2–5 years of recent, hands‑on sales experience in industrial automation or industrial communication /b /li liExperience working with bdevice manufacturers, OEMs, or machine builders /b is strongly preferred. /li liBachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical field preferred; or equivalent technical education combined with directly relevant industry experience /li liYou are looking for an individual contributor role and want to build your expertise and career in technical sales /li liExperience in building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and conducting customer visits. /li liGood understanding of customer applications, the industrial automation market, and customer decision‑making processes, with the ability to translate technical requirements into suitable commercial solutions. /li liTechnical affinity, strong communication skills, and experience using CRM tools. /li liStructured, proactive, and results‑oriented approach to territory and opportunity management. /li liProfessional proficiency in Italian and fluent English. /li liWillingness to travel regularly within the assigned sales territory in Italy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
