ppWe are looking for a professional with a technical background in electronics or IT, combining strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach, to join our Service Team as a Field Service Engineer. /ppThe successful candidate will work mainly independently, while always being part of a team. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliPerform equipment installations, troubleshooting and predictive maintenance activities to ensure the proper operation of our systems. /liliDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, both remotely via VPN and on site at customer locations across Italy. /liliCarry out repairs on equipment received at our in‑house laboratory. /liliCommunicate with customers throughout the technical support process. /liliLiaise with the technical support teams of our device manufacturers. /liliInstall and configure medical software and integrate it into hospital IT networks. /liliAccurately complete work reports and dedicated checklists, ensuring that the equipment maintenance database is updated promptly. /liliWork closely with the Service, Sales and Back Office teams to optimise operational efficiency and management costs, including the procurement of any spare parts required for equipment repairs. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or a technical high school diploma in Electronics,
