/li /ul h3STRATEGY and KEY TASKS /h3 ul liEnsure feasibility of assigned projects within collection timelines /li liProactively identify critical paths and potential bottlenecks /li liDrive accountability across functions to meet deadlines /li liContribute to continuous improvement of planning and execution processes /li liSupport optimization of workflow between development and production /li liEnsure alignment between product requirements and industrial constraints /li liProvide structured input to Program Manager for portfolio-level decisions /li liContribute to risk anticipation at collection level /li liPromote a results-driven and execution-focused mindset /li /ul h3Profilo /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Management, or equivalent), Business Administration / Management or Supply Chain Management /li liPrevious experience in the fashion industry and in a similar role is mandatory /li liSolid knowledge of project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, risk management) /li liHands-on experience with Gantt planning and milestone tracking tools /li liGood understanding of fashion development and production processes /li liAbility to manage multiple projects in parallel with tight deadlines /li liStrong skills in data tracking, reporting, and KPI monitoring /li liFamiliarity with critical path analysis and dependency management /li liExperience with PLM and ERP systems (preferred) /li liStructured approach to problem solving and issue resolution /li liStrong coordination and communication skills across functions /li liHigh attention to detail and execution discipline /li liAbility to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments /li liProficiency in Excel / data handling tools /li liFluency in English.
