Flexibility and readiness to support multi-shift operations—when needed—are essential to guarantee consistent supervision and stakeholder support. /ph3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3h3Operational Leadership Team Coordination /h3ulliSupervise warehousing activities, ensuring smooth execution of inbound, picking, and outbound activities. /liliServe as first-level support for WMS and rela ted logistics systems, ensuring proper usage and data accuracy during daily operations. /liliCoordinate shift-to-shift information flow, ensuring alignment on priorities, issues, and performance. /liliPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. /li /ulh3Process Monitoring Data Management /h3ulliOversee system performance and process KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or data inconsistencies. /liliMaintain master data consistency (SKU, storage locations, parameters) and ensure alignment with operational requirements. /liliAnalyze process data and KPIs using Excel and reporting tools to support decision-making and improvement actions. /liliLead or support improvement projects related to digital tools, automation interfaces, and process optimization for frames and wearables. /liliFacilitate change management activities, ensuring users understand new procedures, systems,
