Provide information to guests regarding our venues, menus and pricingExplain how our wines, sake or champagne menu compliments the items on our food and dessert menuEnsure all wines, sake and champagnes are presented and served correctly and all pouring techniques are adhered to as specified by company standardsInform and explain alternative wine, sake or champagne selections to guests should their choice be unavailableProvide engaged, friendly and attentive customer service to all guestsPractice highest regards for safety within all areas and with all materialsFollow and adhere to all standards set for by the Department of Health (DOH)
