They are seeking an experienced bConstruction Manager /b to oversee new-build and major renovation projects across Italy.
/p pBased in Florence, the Construction Manager will provide hands-on oversight of multiple projects, working closely with ownership, architects, consultants, contractors, hotel operators, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of bquality, schedule, budget, and luxury-brand expectations /b.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee construction and major renovation projects from pre-construction through completion and handover.
/li liManage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
/li liMonitor construction progress, quality, schedules, budgets, contracts, and project risks.
/li liParticipate in contractor selection, procurement, contract negotiation, variations, and claims.




/li liConduct regular site inspections and construction meetings across Italy.
/li liEnsure compliance with Italian construction regulations, permitting requirements, and local authority procedures.
/li liResolve construction issues and ensure projects remain on schedule and to specification.
/li liProvide clear reporting to senior management on progress, costs, risks, and key project issues.

/li liProven track record delivering complex, high-value construction projects from start to finish.
/li liStrong knowledge of bItalian construction regulations, permitting, contractors, and local authorities /b.
/li liEstablished relationships and credibility with Italian contractors, consultants, vendors, and government authorities.
/li liStrong understanding of high-end finishes, interiors, MEP, quality control, and luxury hospitality standards.
/li liExcellent contract, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
/li liFluent bItalian and English /b.
/li liWillingness to travel regularly to project sites throughout Italy.
