Define and drive end-to-end Commercial Excellence strategy (Category, Channel, RGM) to meet business objectives
Lead RGM agenda: assortment/mix, pricing, promotions, trade investment, margin improvement
Provide best-in-class guidance for commercial execution across channels (distribution, space, Perfect Store)
Partner with Account Management to shape customer strategies and joint Business Plans




Own Commercial Excellence & RGM contributions to S&OP; and business planning, identifying risks and growth levers
Drive performance governance: track revenue, margin, and trade ROI
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Commercial Excellence and RGM organization
Act as cross-functional leader influencing Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain decisions
10+ years in Commercial Excellence/Category, Trade Marketing and Sales in FMCG (Food and Non-Food)
Proven track record in profitable growth and leading teams
Strong expertise in RGM: assortment, pricing, promotions, trade investment, and analytics
Solid understanding of retail and shopper dynamics
Strategic mindset with execution and influencing skills
Strong leadership, people development and stakeholder management
Comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty
