ppYou will join the Private Debt Funds Co-Investments Team of Eurizon Capital Real Asset SGR, supporting the assessment, selection and monitoring of private debt investment opportunities across different strategies, clients and geographies.
/ppAs part of the Investment Team, you will be involved throughout the investment process, with a particular focus on fund selection activities, including the execution of qualitative and quantitative due diligence on leading private credit funds and asset managers.
/ph3What you'll be doing /h3pYou will be responsible for: /pulliScreening, analysing and benchmarking private debt funds and co-investment opportunities /liliConducting qualitative and quantitative due diligence on private credit funds and asset managers /liliDrafting investment memoranda and supporting documentation for the Investment Committee /liliExecuting investment transactions and coordinating related subscription processes /liliManaging and processing capital calls, distributions and other fund-related cash flow events /liliPreparing investment analyses, presentations and reporting materials /liliDeveloping and maintaining quantitative models and analytical tools /liliMonitoring portfolio investments and maintaining ongoing dialogue with leading international private credit asset managers.
