Overview
In this role you drive Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) integration across the Ice Cream product lifecycle, ensuring safety and quality principles are embedded from concept to market.
You act as the FSQ reference for Ice Cream projects and define actionable Product FSQ Specifications.
You collaborate with R&D;, Marketing, Legal, Packaging and Manufacturing to safeguard Ferrero's standards while supporting innovation.
You'll own the Ice Cream FSQ perimeter in a global, dynamic environment, contributing to portfolio evolution and integration of new products from M&A.;
You also lead FSQ KPI development and the Product FSQ Innovations dashboard for visibility and governance.
Responsabilità
Embed FSQ requirements across Stage & Gate during product development
Incorporate FSQ criteria from early design phases with R&D; and stakeholders
Verify safety and quality during industrial trials and start of production
Create and maintain Product FSQ Specifications for the Ice Cream category across raw materials, process parameters, shelf life, sensory characteristics and finished products
Drive continuous improvement of FSQ documents using plant audits, field operations and consumer feedback
Serve as FSQ reference for deviations and non-conformities and participate in governance discussions
Develop and manage FSQ KPIs and the Product FSQ Innovation dashboard to track progress across projects
Requisiti fondamentali
Master in Food Technology or related discipline
solid experience in the food industry in similar FSQ roles, ideally in ice cream
strong understanding of product technologies, manufacturing processes and category-specific risks
ability to translate technical knowledge into precise Product FSQ Specifications
structured, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects
