/ppThe successful candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience gained at a primary law firm, with a solid focus on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and a logical mindset.
/ppYou will act as a trusted business partner, providing clear, practical, and timely legal support while balancing legal risk and business objectives.
This position requires a combination of technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
/ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3h3Contract Management /h3ulliDraft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, including: /liliFranchise and licensing agreements /liliSales, agency and distribution agreements /liliService agreements /liliPurchase and supply agreements /liliLogistics, warehousing, and transportation agreements /liliIT, software licensing, SaaS, and digital service agreements /liliOutsourcing, facility management, and utilities contracts /li /ulh3Legal Advisory /h3ulliProvide clear, business-oriented advice to internal stakeholders.
/liliEnsure compliance of contracts with applicable laws, company policies, and best practices.
/liliSupport management in strategic decisions relating to partnerships, procurement, and retail operations.
/liliAdvise on contract liabilities and manage related litigation matters /li /ulh3Cross-Functional Support /h3ulliPartner closely with departments including Sales, Procurement and Finance.
/liliContribute proactively to business discussions, understanding commercial drivers and aligning legal advice accordingly.
/li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliLaw degree with excellent academic credentials and bar qualification is essential.




/liliAt least 5 years of legal experience at a top tier law firm, with extensive exposure to contract law and commercial agreements is a must.
/liliAdditional knowledges of company law and extraordinary corporate operations is a plus /liliFluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential /li /ulh3Key Skills Competencies /h3ulliProven track record of drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
