Hekanize is seeking a QA Ambassador to safeguard quality across our SaaS platform.
You will execute manual tests, define acceptance criteria, and work closely with backend, frontend, and AI teams to drive releases with high reliability.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in QA or advanced tech support, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to translate user feedback into concrete technical requirements.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
