ppThis position performs a variety of both complex and routine administrative services and works closely with senior human resources management and other staff members of the human resource department.

/li liKnowledge of federal, state, local laws, rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
/li liMust be able to always maintain sensitive and confidential information of human resources administration work.

/li /ul h3MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: /h3 ul liAssociates Degree required in human resources, business management or a related field.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
/li liMinimum of four (4) years' experience in an administrative/clerical position.
/li liOne (1) year of human resources, payroll, or benefits experience.
/li liPublic sector or local government HR experience preferred.
/li liMust possess and maintain a valid driver's license in the state of residency.
/li liMust obtain National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) 100 and 700 within three (3) months of employment.
