As Solution Design Lead you will define end-to-end solution and platform strategy in collaboration with technical and enterprise architects, aligning business objectives with technology capabilities. You will translate complex business needs into fit-for-purpose designs, evaluate architectural and integration implications, and guide option assessments across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, AI-based solutions, and cloud-native architectures. - Partner with technical and enterprise architects to define and evolve end-to-end solution and platform strategy




- Translate business demands into solution designs and assess functional/architectural implications
- Lead solution design and option assessment across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, AI-based and cloud-native architectures
- Identify and evaluate new tools and technologies for the Service IT landscape
- Support commercial and delivery decisions by evaluating proposals and architectures
- Own and maintain the solution architecture, landscape, and future-state integration blueprint
- Review supplier deliverables against requirements and provide feedback
- Contribute to innovation and PoC initiatives with hands-on participation
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT with strong integration knowledge and stakeholder management

- 10+ years of experience in solution, application, or platform architecture in large enterprises
