The role will focus on strengthening treasury management capabilities, supporting Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR), and contributing to the continuous improvement of finance processes.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liTreasury /li liPrepare and improve cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports for local management and HQ in Seoul, Korea.
/li liMonitor bank balances, liquidity positions, and working capital needs.
/li liManage operational banking relationships and support financing activities, credit facilities, loans, and financial instruments.
/li liExecute bank transfers, payments, and banking instructions, including online banking and Entratel/F24, in line with company deadlines and approval workflows.
/li liIdentify opportunities to optimize cash utilization and improve treasury processes.
/li liSupport automation, documentation, and knowledge sharing for critical treasury activities.
/li liIdentify and escape treasury-related operational risks.
/li liICFR /li liCoordinate evidence collection and control testing for treasury-related ICFR controls.
/li liWork with HQ in Seoul, Korea and external auditors on treasury and internal control matters.
/li liSupport the design, documentation, execution, and monitoring of ICFR controls related to treasury and finance processes.
/li liSupport remediation of control deficiencies and improvement of treasury governance.
/li liMaintain documentation supporting key controls, audit requests, and approval workflows.

/h3 ul liMust /li liBe ready to perform hands-on operational tasks upon joining; the position does not currently include direct reports.
/li liShow the ability and willingness to grow into a leadership role; additional team members may be assigned under this position in the future, depending on workload, capability, performance, and leadership.
/li liEnglish level B2 or above according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, with the ability to communicate with HQ in Seoul, Korea and external auditors.
/li liExperience in either Treasury or ICFR/Internal Control is required; experience in both areas is not mandatory, provided that the candidate has a strong willingness to learn the other area.
/li liStrong /li liBig Four audit background.
/li liExperience with treasury management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, banking relationships, or treasury reporting.
/li liExperience with ICFR, K-SOX, US-SOX, J-SOX, or other internal control frameworks.
/li liPlus /li liDegree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
/li liExperience in an international or structured corporate environment.
/li liKnowledge of online banking systems, Entratel, electronic invoicing (SDI), Excel, and ERP/business management software.
/li liSAP knowledge.
/li liGood knowledge of accounting principles, treasury processes, internal controls,



and reporting requirements.

/p h3Job level and Gross salary: /h3 pThe position will be classified at Level 1° or Level 2° under the Italian Commerce and Services Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Terziario e Commercio).
The grade level will be assessed based on the candidate's professional experience and skills during the interview process.
The indicative gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €38,000 to €48,000, depending on the grade level and the candidate's professional profile.
