/ppYou'll be the escalation point when others can't fix it — helping reduce downtime and deliver first-time-right repairs.
/ppWhat you'll do: /pulliSupport dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely /liliDiagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults /liliUse OEM tools (e.g. wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing,
