ppThe Junior Test Facilities Engineer will work with the Test Facilities Manager to ensure operational availability and reliable operations of several different and complex test facilities in our Space Factory. This is your opportunity to develop hands-on experience on technologies ranging from vacuum to cryogenics to test set-up. /p h3Responsabilities /h3 pWith the guidance of the Test Facilities Manager, the Junior Test Facilities Engineer will progressively learn to execute the following tasks: /p ul liSupport the daily operation of the test facilities. /li liDevelop, broaden and update Test Facilities maintenance programs. /li liRespond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures (1st level response). /li liSupervise maintenance and repair of test facilities equipment. /li liDevelop, broaden and update Test Facility operational procedures. /li liPlan and execute upgrading activities of the Test Facilities. /li liMaintain the Facilities Logbook to ensure auditable measuring of Availability and Reliability. /li liKeep up-to-date test facility diagnostics and ancillary equipment database. /li liUnderstand the test procedures and test EGSE/MGSE and can support the setup of complex tests in the electric propulsion domain. /li liManage test media (i.e., Inert gas, LN2) storage and procurement.



/li liPrepare and track the Test Facilities maintenance budget /li liPartner with Plant Management on the maintenance activities on the utilities supporting the Test Facilities. /li liPartner with the Scheduler to maximize Test Facilities utilization. /li liDevelop Test Facility Specification and Requirements for procurement activities. Request quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers. /li liDevelop feasibility studies based on Project or Customer Requirements to be compliant to request for equipment testing, including facilities upgrade proposal. /li liParticipate in Project or Customer review, such as TRR/PTR. /li /ul h3Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience /h3 ul liExperience in testing facilities and/or in the electric propulsion domain is a plus. /li liSoftware and Automation Skills: /li liBasic principles of automation in the management of complex systems /li liKnowledge of LabVIEW and NI components /li liSoftware programming in LabVIEW /li liPractical skills in these 2 fields are a plus /li liMechanical assembly and vacuum system components /li liElectrotechnical and electropneumatic devices /li liExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and planning skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
