In your role as Logistic Manager you will be responsible for ensure and support proper management of inbound materials to support plant production according company targets and in compliance with active regulations.The Logistic Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager.La preghiamo di leggere attentamente la panoramica e i requisiti per questa possibilità di lavoro riportati di seguito.Your main responsabilities include:Coordinate warehouse teamManage inbound materials - related indirect costs with respect of relevant budget and efficiency targetsEnsure the proper organization and storage of inbound materials within the warehouseMonitor inventory levels and liaise with Production to ensure the effective execution of the production planSupervise and control all logistics KPICoordinate Logistics Plant meeting, sharing running projects, results, targetsInvestments suggestion and implementationGuarantee legal and safety complianceRequired skills:Logistic ExperienceEducation:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) for corporate reportingLeadership and problem-solving attitudePeople Management SkillsThe compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria.
