As the on-site leader during shifts, you will drive service excellence, team coordination, and operational efficiency, while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.brKey Responsibilities:brGuest Experience: Oversee meet-and-greet operations, lounge assignments, and personalized service from arrival to departurebrTeam Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver 5-star service, conduct performance evaluations, and manage schedulesbrOperational Coordination: Supervise FB, Guest Experience, and Butler teams; ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standardsbrService Recovery: Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt resolution and documentationbrCompliance: Adhere to organizational policies, health and safety standards, and maintain required recordsbrLead the day-to-day operations of the VIP Lounge,
