/p pbPartner with the best /b /p pIn this role as Manufacturing Specialist- GT Buckets Operation Leader you will manage 2 production lines and related operation teams in Talamona plant.
/p pThis will be done while ensuring high standards related to HSE, Quality, Delivery and Productivity of the assigned production lines, and driving excellence into two different markets (flow and custom) related to the production of gas turbines and compressors.
/p h3Main responsibilities include: /h3 ullipManaging operation teams to reach defined targets in safety, quality, cost and on time delivery.
/p /lilipEnsuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
/p /lilipTeam management of salaried employees.
(This does not include production supervisors who oversee hourly employees.) /p /lilipPlanning differing activities on the basis of a predefined year plan.
/p /li /ul pMorevover, you will support hiring/PE execution plan for future line expansion and capacity growth and will support the plant strategy deployment and collaborating with all functions to reach the KPI values assigned.
