OverviewIn this role you lead the property's Travel Industry Sales function, aligning client expectations with production goals to maximize revenue.
You partner with the sales leader and management to craft and execute a strategic plan for the Travel Industry segment and drive promotions and participation in industry events.
You will steer revenue growth through selective travel industry partnerships and cross-functional collaboration, shaping programs that attract key accounts and optimize guest rooms and F&B; revenue.
The position offers a chance to influence the destination's luxury hospitality narrative within a global brand and to lead a high-impact sales team.
ResponsabilitàDirect the Travel Industry Sales function to meet client expectations and production goals
Collaborate with sales leader to implement segment strategy and sales plan
Develop and execute promotions and events (internal and external)
Participate in site inspections, Familiarization (FAM) trips, and industry meetings
Lead sales calls, proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence




Manage International Travel program and hotel-packaging for business development
Coordinate with marketing to drive a comprehensive destination marketing program
Selectively sell Travel Industry business to maximize room and F&B; revenue
Analyze market data and support financial projections with Revenue Management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
Represent the property at events and with Global Sales Organization (GSO)
Ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards
Requisiti fondamentali2-year degree with 4 years of related experience or 4-year degree with 2 years of related experience
Experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
Proven ability to develop and implement sales plans and promotions
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
