The Quality Process Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the consistent quality of the company products throughout the manufacturing process at the Essentra Components facility in Cambiago, Italy. The role focuses on monitoring production processes, conducting in-process quality controls, analyzing process performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and customer complaints. The position works closely with Production, Maintenance, and Customer Service teams to ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.Scorra verso il basso per trovare i dettagli completi dell'offerta, inclusa l'esperienza richiesta e le mansioni associate.Typical Accountabilities:Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with product specifications, quality standards, and customer requirementsPerform regular process audits and in-process inspections on plastic injection molding operationsAnalyze production data and quality indicators to identify trends, process deviations, and opportunities for improvementApply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies to monitor process capability and stabilityInvestigate quality issues, non-conformities, scrap generation, and customer complaints using structured problem-solving techniquesLead or support root cause analysis activities using tools such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, and Pareto AnalysisCollaborate with Production and Manufacturing teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Maintain and update process control plans, inspection instructions, and quality documentationSupport validation and qualification activities related to new molds, materials, products,



or process changesEnsure compliance with Quality Management System requirements and applicable standardsParticipate in continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing defects, improving process capability, and increasing production efficiencyAssist in internal audits and support external customer or certification audits, collaborating with the Quality ManagerPrepare quality reports and performance metrics for management reviewIn collaboration with the Quality Manager and the Production Manager might conduct internal training on quality standards and process control practicesKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Reduction of internal defects and scrap rateReduction of customer complaints and returnsTimely closure of corrective and preventive actionsCompliance with quality audit requirementsReduction of non-conformities and process deviationsRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related technical fieldExperience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Process Quality within a manufacturing environmentExperience with process monitoring and quality improvement projectsStrong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and related quality controlsFamiliarity with dimensional inspections, measurement systems, and testing methodologiesKnowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability analysisAbility to analyze technical drawings, specifications,
