ph3Cybersecurity Specialist /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity professional to support and strengthen the company’s security posture across infrastructure, devices, users, and compliance frameworks. /p h3Cybersecurity Specialist /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity professional to support and strengthen the company’s security posture across infrastructure, devices, users, and compliance frameworks. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain and improve cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls. /li liSupport compliance with security frameworks and standards including: ul liISO 27001 /li liISO 27701 /li liISO 42001 /li liSOC 2 /li liCyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus /li /ul /li liManage and monitor endpoint security solutions and antivirus platforms. /li liOversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and device compliance. /li liCoordinate and manage external and internal penetration testing activities. /li liImplement and monitor email security and filtering solutions. /li liPlan and execute phishing simulation campaigns and security awareness training. /li liIdentify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions. /li liMonitor security incidents and support incident response activities. /li liRespond to Data Subject Requests (DSRs) in accordance with GDPR and internal data protection policies. /li liWork closely with Compliance, IT teams and external vendors to improve security controls. /li liLeverage AI-driven security tools and automation scripts (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or low-code platforms) to streamline security monitoring, automate routine compliance checks, and accelerate incident response triage. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
