or equivalent demonstrable expertise /li li6+ years of full stack engineering experience with genuine depth across backend and frontend — not just surface familiarity /li liStrong Python backend skills: REST API design, async patterns, ORM, testing, and production operations /li liSolid React and TypeScript proficiency with Tailwind CSS; ability to own the frontend stack independently /li liAWS fluency: Lambda, ECS, RDS/Aurora, S3, SQS, CloudFront — comfortable with IaC (Terraform or CDK) /li liExperience with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) is a strong plus — familiarity with AI-native development workflows highly valued /li liItalian C2 plus English at least B2 proficiency /li liExtreme ownership and proactivity: identifies problems before they escalade and drives solutions to completion /li liEngineering rigor: strong opinions on code quality, testing, observability, and documentation /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer employment in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
