ph3Job Summary: /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced Licensed Tour Guide Operations Executive to join our team in the Greater Rome Metropolitan Area.
/p pThe role combines professional tour guiding with day-to-day tour operations, ensuring our guests receive a smooth, well-organized and high-quality experience from the beginning of the tour until completion.
/p pThe ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Rome and Lazio, hold the required Italian tourist guide qualification, and have practical experience coordinating tours, suppliers, transportation and guest services.
/p h3Job Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead and conduct professional tours across Rome and Lazio.
/li liProvide engaging and accurate information about local history, culture, attractions and destinations.
/li liPlan and coordinate daily tours, itineraries, schedules and logistics.
/li liCoordinate with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, attractions, local suppliers and other partners.
/li liManage tour bookings, tickets, reservations and operational arrangements.
/li liCoordinate drivers, guides and other service providers to ensure smooth tour execution.
/li liMonitor tours on the ground and handle any last-minute changes or operational issues.




/li liResolve guest concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
/li liEnsure all services are delivered according to company standards and agreed itineraries.
/li liSupport the development and improvement of new tours, excursions and experiences in Lazio.
/li liAssist with supplier sourcing, coordination and service evaluation.
/li liMonitor operational costs, timing and service quality.
/li liPrepare operational updates and report incidents or issues to management.
/li liEnsure all activities comply with applicable Italian tourism regulations.
/li /ul h3Job Qualifications: /h3 ul liValid Italian Tourist Guide qualification and registration in the relevant national register.
/li liProven experience as a professional Tourist Guide in Rome/Lazio.
/li liPrevious experience in tour operations, DMC, tour operator or travel agency.
/li liStrong knowledge of Rome and Lazio's main attractions, destinations and tourism services.
/li liFluent Italian and English.
/li liAdditional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Arabic or Chinese are an advantage.
/li liDriving license is an advantage.
