This role is suited to someone with experience in Digital delivery and/or CRM operations who is comfortable working with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will help coordinate initiatives, improve ways of working and provide practical advisory support on evolving Digital business priorities, CRM and customer engagement. /ph3Your role /h3pAs PM, you will contribute to the successful delivery of Digital and CRM initiatives, helping client and delivery teams maintain clear priorities, effective coordination and consistent progress.



/ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliSupport digital and CRM delivery. /liliCoordinate delivery teams to ensure agreed milestones and quality standards are met. /liliHelp ensure activities remain aligned with client priorities and expected outcomes. /liliCoordinate stakeholders and teams: work with client stakeholders and internal teams across CRM, Web, Marketing, Operations, Product and Technology. /liliOrganise and facilitate meetings, workshops and alignment sessions. /liliProvide structured input and practical advice to clients on Digital business priorities, CRM and customer engagement initiatives. /liliMaintain clear and timely communication across all parties involved. /liliIdentify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency. /liliSupport the testing, rollout and adoption of new tools and ways of working. /liliContribute to a collaborative, pragmatic and delivery-focused team environment. /li /ulh3Requested experience /h3ulli3+ years of experience in project management, product, Digital transformation, CRM, marketing operations, customer experience or related areas. /liliExperience in project coordination, stakeholder management or Digital delivery activities. /liliStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. /liliGood communication,



collaboration and problem-solving skills. /liliInterest in Digital, CRM and customer engagement. /liliFluent Italian and good working English. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliFamiliarity with project management approaches and collaboration tools. /liliPrevious experience in a consulting, agency or client-facing environment is desirable. /li /ulh3Additional information /h3pThe salary range for this position is €30,000 to €40,000 (annual gross). This reflects the range we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
