Hekanize is seeking a QA Ambassador to guard the quality of our SaaS platform. You will execute manual testing, define acceptance criteria, and ensure releases meet high standards.
You'll work closely with backend, frontend, and AI teams, manage the QA workflow in Jira, and provide clear feedback to developers. A 1–2 year QA or advanced tech support background and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.
