Overview

In this role, you help quantify, mitigate, and transfer risk for corporate clients within a dedicated Risk & Analytics team. You’ll liaise with client relationship leaders to shape risk strategy and support revenue growth through analytics. The role involves data review, modeling, and presenting insights to executive levels to drive strategic risk decisions. You will contribute to product development, risk financing options, and process improvements, delivering impact for challenging clients.

Responsabilità

- Advise Client Relationship Directors on risk finance and strategy topics
- Contribute to new revenue generation for Risk & Analytics
- Prepare materials and represent WTW in client meetings
- Review client data and conduct exploratory data analysis
- Engage with clients at Board and operational levels on risk management objectives




- Develop risk financing options to reduce costs and improve coverage
- Assist with Loss Prevention activities on higher hazard sites
- Support development of RFP and client engagement proposals
- Maintain an audit trail for analytical work
- Contribute to new product development and process improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in management engineering / economics or equivalent
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to deliver analysis under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent English (spoken and written), Level C1
- Advanced computer modelling skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Background in strategic consultancy is favorable
