Overview In this role you will drive integrated external and internal communications for the EP & Neuro business across EMEA, supporting growth milestones and reputation. You collaborate with regional and functional partners to translate business priorities into compelling campaigns. You will manage multiple channels and leverage data to improve impact, working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. Responsabilità

Execute EMEA communications strategy for the EP & Neuro BUs aligned to growth priorities and milestones Partner on business initiatives to translate priorities into campaigns Deliver integrated communications across media, executive, internal, and digital channels Own channel management (HOME, DLs, newsletters)



tied to initiatives Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs and global Media Relations for alignment and approvals Manage local external agencies and freelancers to maximize campaign impact Utilize data and insights to improve effectiveness and leverage global reports for learning

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred 3+ years in communications, corporate/public affairs Experience supporting healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries Strong writing and storytelling skills Strong IT familiarity and willingness to learn new systems Deep knowledge of the EMEA region and its nuances Strong writing and storytelling Relationship building Stakeholder engagement IT familiarity with story posting, content creation, distribution channels Data-driven communications and insights utilization Integrated Marketing Communications
