Overview As Learning & Development Manager, you will design and implement staff development, leadership programs, onboarding, and succession planning across Lefay Resorts. You will partner with executives to close capability gaps and deploy Marriott programs like Power of M, HOME, DLZ, and NovoEd. You’ll lead the Lefay SPA Academy and coach leadership excellence while building a sustainable talent pipeline. Expect travel across two resort locations and on-site support to align learning with business goals. This role shapes a culture of continuous learning in a premier hospitality group.

Identify capability gaps and design targeted development solutions Measure learning impact via engagement, retention, guest satisfaction, service quality, and financial metrics Develop and coordinate the Lefay SPA Academy Execute the learning and development strategy aligned with priorities Lead leadership, onboarding, succession planning,



and talent development initiatives Drive employer branding activities and partnerships with schools Ensure delivery of corporate, compliance, service excellence, and leadership programs Promote continuous learning, coaching, and leadership excellence Coordinate cross-site coaching and training delivery across two resorts

Requisiti fondamentali

2-year degree with 6 years of HR/hospitality experience or 4-year bachelor’s degree with 4 years’ experience and certified trainer fluent in Italian and English willingness to travel frequently experience in learning, leadership development, onboarding, and talent management experience coordinating with executive leadership and hotel operations collaboration communication coaching mindset Marriott Power of M and HOME programs DLZ NovoEd
