The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior management and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and ensure the attainment of financial and organizational objectives. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage financial reporting for all entities consolidated within TPI. /liliProvide strategic financial insights and actionable recommendations to support business decisions. /liliLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. /liliCoordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering, analyzing, and challenging departmental inputs across the company. /liliMonitor and oversee all critical financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). /liliAnalyze inventory levels, valuation, and variances in close collaboration with the Warehouse department to ensure accurate inventory control. /liliWork in partnership with Accounting and Credit departments to maintain financial integrity. /liliPrepare and review month-end journal entries and postings. /liliAnalyze variances between actual results and budget or forecast targets. /liliLead and coordinate the FPA team to ensure timely completion of all financial activities and reporting deadlines.



/li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance or Accounting. /liliA minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role or within audit/consultancy firms. /liliProven team management capabilities. /liliExperience managing multiple sites is essential. /liliWillingness to travel within Italy and internationally as required. /liliProficiency in SAP modules CO PS, CO CCA, FI, and MM is mandatory. /liliFamiliarity with Artificial Intelligence applications in finance is desirable. /liliExperience working within multinational companies is preferred. /liliStrong knowledge of national and international accounting principles. /liliExcellent computer skills including Accounting software, databases, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI; knowledge of Cognos and Power Query is advantageous. /liliGood command of English language, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3About Our Company /h3pTrillium Pumps Italy, together Gabbioneta Pumps® and Termomeccanica Pompe, cumulates 235 years of experience and offers a highly complementary portfolio of engineered pump solutions related to both products and services.
