and related to daily functioning of the Site and position of the Site within NCIA, NATO, and the local community.Carry out other duties as directed.RequirementsSkill, Knowledge & Experience:The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearanceVocational training at a higher level in a relevant discipline, or equivalent, or Diploma of secondary education - and 5 years of relevant experience.At least 5 years' experience in the operation or maintenance of satellite ground terminals/stations, or related systems such as radars or Line-Of-Sight. xysqume Essential basic experience with antenna sub-system including radome, feed horn, reflector, pedestal, waveguides, tracking receiver, servo and drive equipment, including fault diagnosis and repair; Essential basicexperience with transmit and receive chains, including; up and down converters,Low Noise Amplifiers and High Power Amplifiers; Essential basicexperience with MODEMs, cryptographic equipment, routers and switches; Essential basicexperience with computer-assisted Monitor and Control System (M&CS) for system supervision; Essential basicexperience with GPS-disciplined Frequency Reference Standards and associated distribution systems; Essential basicexperience with Fibre Optical cables and other tails systems; In-depth knowledge of digital techniques; Essential basicexperience with TCP/IP fundamentals, video transmission principles and telecommunications quality assurance practices; Essential basicexperience with testing and maintenance of modern communications systems; Proven ability to communicate effectively orally, using tact and diplomacy, with good briefing skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
