In this role you will manage a portfolio of small to medium clients, offering basic strategy and optimization support for affiliate programmes. You will be the main client contact, coordinate with publishers and stakeholders, and drive client growth through effective account management. You’ll conduct business reviews, ensure timely, high-quality deliverables, and support programme implementations and related marketing initiatives. You work closely with a Team Leader to grow client value within a thriving international environment.

Responsabilità
- Provide basic client service for medium-sized clients
- Identify growth opportunities and develop them with team guidance
- Lead business review meetings with clients
- Maintain timelines, targets and qualitative standards
- Document meetings, presentations, reports, and templates accurately
- Support programme implementations
- Prepare and share reporting with Team Leader and clients
- Assist with marketing initiatives and internal projects
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team
Requisiti fondamentali
- Performance marketing experience is a plus (unknown if mandatory)
- 1–2 years experience in digital advertising or e-commerce
- Proactive approach to tasks and challenges
- Open-minded and eager to learn
- Self-reliant and capable of addressing challenges independently
- Willingness to learn and acquire new skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
