Overview

In this role you help clients reduce energy use and accelerate decarbonization by delivering audits, analyses and roadmaps. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to quantify energy and financial opportunities, validate performance, and support client engagements. You will stay abreast of new technologies and regulatory developments while contributing to tool improvements. This is an international role with travel and impact across projects and regions.

Responsabilità

- Conduct comprehensive energy audits for industrial and tertiary-sector clients to identify and prioritize ECMs
- Evaluate technical and financial opportunities including energy savings, investment needs, and payback
- Analyze energy and operational data and contribute to benchmarking activities
- Contribute to development and implementation of energy efficiency and decarbonization roadmaps
- Support measurement and verification activities and track energy performance improvements
- Assist in monitoring savings results and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in commissioning and performance validation activities




- Prepare technical analyses and client deliverables; support business case preparation and investment assessments
- Build strong customer relationships through project support and effective communication
- Contribute to continuous improvement of consulting tools, methodologies and deliverables
- Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and market trends in energy efficiency and decarbonization
- Develop analytical tools and methodologies

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in energy efficiency, engineering, sustainability, or related field
- Understanding of HVAC, cooling, compressed air, steam, lighting, waste-to-energy, and renewable energy systems (one or more)
- Good analytical skills and willingness to develop proficiency in energy performance assessment methods and tools
- Ability to prepare reports, present findings, and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
