Skilled in handling booking systems, preparing tailor-made offers, contracts and payments, while carefully managing guest preferences, special requests and additional services. Proactive in anticipating guests’ needs, providing personalised recommendations and acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the booking process. Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
