Key aspects of this role will include engage in peer‑to‑peer scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals that translate into meaningful insights, serve as a therapeutic expert and thought partner to internal teams, liaison between Revolution Medicines and clinical study sites / investigators, and provide support for medical education, advisory boards, and medical congresses. /p pMedical Science Liaisons (MSLs) are an essential member of the Medical Affairs team who will work as an extension of the Medical Affairs organization. The MSL team will serve as a key liaison between Revolution Medicines and healthcare professionals. Within an assigned geographic territory, the MSL will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and academic centers of excellence involved in various phases of product development. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders within medical affairs and across the organization, including but not limited to Clinical Development, Commercial, Program Management, Clinical Operations,



and Compliance teams. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, driven, detail‑oriented, proactive, and a skilled collaborator. /p ul liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions to advance scientific and medical knowledge. /li liCommunicate clinical and scientific data to KOLs and healthcare professionals through presentations, educational programs, and scientific discussions. /li liSupport the synthesis and communicate scientific insights from KOLs to relevant internal teams. /li liSupport local clinical trial activities, including site identification, investigator engagement, and liaison with Clinical Operations/CROs for ongoing and potential investigator‑initiated studies within the assigned territory. /li liSupport the preparation of product presentation to KOLs and HCPs. /li liSupport Strategic account managers and access team in the field on complex and scientific questions. /li liProvide scientific support for medical congresses, advisory boards and other relevant scientific engagements to enhance the visibility of RevMed within the scientific and medical communities. /li liEstablish credibility as a scientific expert and resource for internal stakeholders, providing medical and scientific support for products and therapeutic areas. /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, marketing and other teams to support the development and execution of medical strategies and tactics. /li liStay current with scientific literature, emerging research, and competitive landscape.
